No. AADVCARD uses a standard read-only OAuth consent. Your IT team does not need to grant permanent admin rights - the connection is secure and can be revoked at any time.

As soon as the account is disabled in Entra ID, the card is automatically deactivated. You can also manually revoke it from the dashboard in one click - the vCard becomes immediately inaccessible.

Never. All data is hosted exclusively on servers in Switzerland. AADVCARD is compliant with nLPD and the European GDPR.

Yes. The included templates (FR/EN/DE) are customizable: colors, logo, displayed fields, social media links. For a fully bespoke design matching your brand guidelines, the "Full Custom Template" option is available.

No. The vCard is accessible via a link or QR code, directly in the browser. No app to install - not for admins, employees, or recipients.
